What we store about you, why, and who sees it.

  1. What we store

    Account: email, nickname and your password (only as a secure hash — nobody can read it).

    Verification: first and last name, country, city and date of birth.

    Activity: bets and results, deposits and withdrawals with the wallet address or card details you enter, bonuses, messages to support.

    Technical: the country of your IP address at sign-up, your browser type, an anonymous visitor cookie, and the campaign link or click id you came from.

  2. Why

    To run your account and games, pay withdrawals, check your identity and prevent fraud and money laundering, answer you in support, and understand which campaigns bring players.

  3. Who sees it

    Our support and finance team, only as far as their work needs. Payment details are stored encrypted and shown in full only while a withdrawal is being paid; every view is logged.

    Advertising partners you came from (for example a tracker or Facebook) get a signal that you signed up, wrote to support or made a deposit, with their click id and the amount. For Facebook your email is sent only as an irreversible hash.
