Terms of Service

The rules for using Emerald Play. By creating an account you accept them.

  1. Who can play

    You must be at least 18 years old (or older if the law of your country says so) and allowed to gamble where you live.

    One person — one account. Accounts opened to get a bonus again or to hide another account are closed.

    Your details must be true. We check them before your first withdrawal (verification).

  2. Your account and balance

    Balances are kept in USDT. Your real balance, your bonus balance and the demo balance are separate; you choose which one you play with.

    Keep your password safe. Bets made from your account count as yours.

    Demo money is for trying the games only: it has no value and cannot be withdrawn.

  3. Games

    Every result is decided by our server and can be checked on the Provably fair page. The browser only shows it.

    The return to player (RTP), bet limits and the maximum win per bet are shown in each game. A win above the maximum is paid up to the maximum.

    If a game breaks during a round, the round is settled by its server result or the bet is returned.

  4. Bonuses

    Bonus money follows the Bonus Terms and the terms shown before you activate a bonus (wagering, time limit, maximum bet, maximum cashout).

  5. Deposits and withdrawals

    Deposits are credited after our team confirms the transfer. Send only the coin and network shown on the Deposit page.

    Withdrawals need a verified account. The amount is held from your balance while support checks the request and sends it; if the request is declined, the money comes back.

    Withdrawals go only to wallets or cards that belong to you. We may ask for more information before paying.

  6. What is not allowed

    Several accounts, sharing accounts, bots or scripts, using game or site errors for profit, bonus abuse, using money from illegal sources.

    In these cases we may cancel winnings, keep the account closed and report to the authorities when the law requires it.

  7. Closing an account

    You can ask support to close your account or to pause it — see Responsible Gaming. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Money that is yours is paid out after the usual checks.

  8. Changes

    We may change these terms. Important changes are announced on the site before they apply.
